小腿浅静脉皮神经皮瓣修复足远端创面

  【摘要】  　　目的 探究大隐静脉－隐神运营养血管皮瓣和小隐静脉－腓肠神运营养血管皮瓣修复同侧足远端创面。办法 临床应用13 例修复足远端创面，以踝上3～5 cm作为旋转点，保存2 cm皮肤及3～4 cm筋膜蒂，维护链状血管连续性，明道真皮下潜行别离构成隧道，旋转点以三角瓣掩盖并总结皮瓣成活的规律及构成系列办法。结果 13 例皮瓣均成活，其中1 例远端1.5 cm呈现暗红，经拆线减张、换药后愈合。结论...
